You have the right to return your order or request a refund within 14 days. (You can use the return/exchange portal below this FAQ).
Important: The buyer must bear the costs for return shipping. To receive a full refund, the order must be returned in its original condition (including "goodies", stickers, etc.) and free of defects unless a product defect is involved.
To make processing easier, it would be helpful if you enclose a small piece of paper with your order number and the amount of the product (optional, but can speed up the refund).

If you have any questions about returns/exchanges, please contact the support team.
Your package will usually be shipped within 1-3 working days (Germany, Austria, Switzerland...). To make sure, please take a look at the description of the respective product, as shipping times may vary especially for "PRE-ORDER products".
If your order has still not been shipped after 7 business days, please contact our support team.

Once you have requested a refund via our returns/exchanges portal and completed all necessary steps and your order has arrived at our warehouse, we will inspect the goods within 14 working days and refund the amount, including the original outbound shipping costs original payment method or via PayPal, bank transfer, etc
If you still haven't received a refund within this time, it could be because our team is very busy. We would like to apologize for this. Please contact our support team.
There are several reasons why your refund may be delayed:
High number of orders: Our team may be overwhelmed by a high number of orders, which may result in delays in processing.
Pre-Order Items: You may have ordered a product that was sold as a "Pre-Order". This is stated in the description of the respective product.
System error: In rare cases it may happen that your order was overlooked in our system and we do not know that you ordered from us.
